The accommodation of each individual is done by filling the form on arrival, with a personal ID card.
The accommodation of children age 7 and smaller will be done so free of charge, as long as they use the beds in each room. In case there is a need for an extra bed, there will be a 30 lei per night charge, and the meals are free of charge. For children between 7 and 14 years old, there will be a 50% of the an adult cost for a double room, and for children between 14 and 18 years old, the charge is normal and there is no possibility of an extra bed.

Canceling the reservation:
Any cancelation will be done by contacting us directly.
There will be no extra fees for canceling with at least 7 days ahead. The penalty is the value of the first day of stay and is applicable in case the reservation is canceled within 7 days of the date of reservation.
These are different, depending on the type of room, dishes included (breakfast, lunch, dinner), on activities and number of persons accommodated.
We accept cash (lei), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), bank transfer.
Restaurant and bar open hours:
Breakfast is served during 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM in the restaurant.
Inside the hotel, there are rooms special for non-smokers. Smoking can be done in public spaces and specially managed places.
Parking & Vehicles:
Parking is free and we assure the safety of the vehicles (we do recommend not leaving valuables in plain sight).
We wish to provide the best conditions for our guests. That’s why we ask you to tell us in time of any kind of special need, in order to offer you a most pleasant stay.
Our rule is that we do not allow people inside that are accompanied by pets or birds.
You can receive guests in your room between 08:00 AM – 10:00 PM, with no extra chrage. However, if your guests stay between 10:00 PM – 08:00 AM, they will have to pay the extra fee and register at the reception.
We will never use personal information of any kind without your consent.
This represents a constant concern. Bed sheets and towels are replaced every 3 days, starting with the clients’ stay, or at the clients’ request. During your stay, the room is exclusively yours, and the staff will clean the room exclusively at the guests’ request. We still ask you to call the staff for any kind of situation, no matter how unimportant it may seem at first.
The client is responsible for the damage caused to the other clients or staff, to the buildings, furniture and equipment, if said damage can be imputed. The responsability of the hotel does not extend to parked vehicles or what said vehicles contain.
We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or serving in the restaurant to clients that are intoxicated, rude or turbulent, whom through their attitude damage the hotel or staff image, or any other clients.
We reserve the right to offer discounts and bonuses to increase the loyalty of our clients.
We consider that each client that obtains a service offered by our B&B has taken into account and has voicelessly accepted the terms and conditions.
